Bending Wedges

Filed under: Equipment — Joey @ 5:37 pm

This afternoon, I bent my new Tom Wishon Golf CX Micro Satin Wedges for loft and lie. I also bent my TWGT 770CFE pitching wedge loft to 48° from 49°, to make it a few yards closer in distance to my 9-iron.

Here are the specs for my TWGT 770CFE irons (3-PW) and TWGT CX Micro wedges (GW, SW, LW):

Iron Loft Lie Length
3 21° 61° 39.5"
4 24° 62° 39"
5 27° 63° 38.5"
6 31° 64° 38"
7 35° 65° 37.5"
8 39° 65.5° 37"
9 44° 66° 36.5"
PW 48° 66° 36.25"
GW 52° 66° 36"
SW 56° 66° 36"
LW 60° 66° 36"

With luck, my lower back will be better and I’ll be able to hit balls this weekend and maybe even play nine.
